Certification Series 2022-02: Law Enforcement Models and Analytical Data
February 10th, 2022
Course language: English
Difficulty Level: Anyone
Skill Sets Covered in this Session:
- Skill Set 2-Law Enforcement Models
- Skill Set 4-Law Enforcement Data and Crime Analysis Data Sources
This month we’re all about the inner workings of the departments you support. How does crime analysis fit into a department’s mission and strategic plan (spoiler: there are many ways!)? Join us this session to review various types of policing models and how to create strong analytical teams within the greater departmental structure. Further, the source of analytical data will be discussed. Consolidate the large amount of detail in these two chapters into a manageable study guide.
Please note that this series is not intended as a substitute for the IACA’s Essential Skills I and II courses or the recommended text. It is intended to be used as a supplemental resource to these items.
Registration will close at 1600 Central Standard time the business day before the webinar.
GoToWebinar information will be sent out roughly 1 week before the webinar. Certificates of attendance are provided the next day by the webinar service to those who participate.
