Bryan Hill

Bryan Hill is a respected analyst who has been in the field of law enforcement for 32 years. When he retired from the Phoenix Police Department after 21.5 years in 2001, he became a civilian crime analyst with the City of Glendale, AZ. He currently works at this agency and is helping with a new Intergraph CAD/RMS implementation. Mr Hill is known for his expertise in ArcGIS, Excel and Access and is the co-author of ‘Fundamentals of crime Mapping” through Jones and Bartlett publishing. He is currently working on edits for a 2nd edition with his co-author Dr Rebecca Paynich. He is also on dialysis 3 days a week due to a rare kidney disease, but continues to work; because he enjoys the education he gets every day from fellow analysts across the world. In his spare time he enjoys wood turning and wood carving.
