Johnmichael O’Hare

Lieutenant Johnmichael O’Hare retired from the Hartford Police (CT) in 2018. He began his career in the patrol ranks elevating through proactive street crimes unit that specifically attacked narcotics and firearms violence in some of the city’s most violent neighborhoods. He was promoted to Police Detective in 2009 and spent several years as the Gang Intelligence Officer for the Department. He has received many commendations for actions taken in the field up to and including the Department’s highest award, the Chiefs Medal of Valor.

In 2013 Lt. O’Hare was tasked with creating the Capitol City Command Center (C4) a Real Time Intelligence Center that could support critical functions on the street as well as provide analytical and forensic back support to the Investigative units. C4 has grown into a regional hub for Intelligence and is utilized by local, state, and federal agencies alike. Lt. O’Hare and his team supported nearly 900 live camera views deployed throughout the city as well as many Mobile and Video Forensic capabilities that support the region and beyond. Lt. O’Hare has paneled many discussions around the world regarding the creation and sustainability of a command center and the relative use cases it has in the creation of a “Smarter City”.

Stephen Lerner

Stephen Lerner is a Senior Web Intelligence Analyst at Cobwebs Technologies. In his role, he trains clients around the world on the use of Cobwebs’ proprietary OSINT tools and on the field of intelligence in general. In his spare time, he enjoys researching crimes and the latest tools of the intelligence trade.
