Sally Rawlings

Sally lives in Northern Colorado with her police officer husband and 2 kids.
She began her career at Longmont Police Department in the 90’s doing Crime Analysis. Sally then moved to Weld County Sheriff’s Office where she started a new crime analysis unit and developed it for almost 9 years before moving into teaching. She taught crime mapping and analysis for several years for the National Institute of Justice as well as courses for the International Association of Crime Analysts. In 2008 she was hired as the lead instructor for Bair Analytics, where she remained for 5 years. Sally taught at over 70 police agencies through the US, Canada and Brazil.
In 2013 Sally started her own company, NoCo Analytics, that provides criminal justice training. Currently she also teaches for Police Technical, The Police Foundation, the International Association of Crime Analysts and at Tiffin University. Both her undergrad and her Masters degree are in Criminal Justice, and she just finishing her doctorate in Psychology / Criminal Justice.
