The Law Enforcement Analyst is a highly detail-oriented individual with knowledge of data research, analytics, and basic statistical methods. The Law Enforcement Analyst assists deputies and investigators by compiling criminal background information using analytic techniques for use in investigations throughout the agency. The position is assigned to the Threat Management Section and is responsible for the Identification and Assessment of individuals deemed to be on the pathway to violence within our community.
Signing Bonus of $2,500 Salary negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, AND two (2) years of experience in information gathering and data analysis OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Performs on-call duties as necessary; may be required to work day or evening shift to include: weekends, holidays and on-call situations.
