Assigns and supervises the workflow of the Crime Analyst Unit, including Uniform/CID intelligence reports and bulletins, administrative reports and facilitates external stakeholders’ requests for information. Trains and supervises Analysts assigned to the unit. Responsible for supervising the Crime Analyst Unit.

Direct the activities of Analysts.
Determines software/hardware tools and services necessary for the unit.
Determine work performance standards.
Prepare comprehensive written reports, presentations, maps, or charts based on research, collection, and analysis of intelligence data; gather, analyze, correlate, or evaluate information from a variety of resources.
Validate known intelligence with data from other sources and analyze intelligence data to identify patterns and trends in criminal activity.
Conduct presentations of analytic findings, monitors workflow and balance assignments, network and monitor emerging trends in technology and crime analysis.
