We are seeking a talented OSINT/PAI intelligence analyst to join our NA Analyst team. In this role, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the pre-sales education cycle, as well as helping to ensure customer enablement and satisfaction. This OSINT/investigative analyst will leverage Cobwebs tools to demonstrate and teach how they reduce time and increase effectiveness, as well as run deep dive case studies on strategic opportunities. The key impact of this role is gaining new customer engagements. The successful candidate is passionate about piercing through the online veil to get to the truth behind online conduct, false narratives. The qualified candidate is a team-player with excellent investigative, critical thinking, and writing skills. We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds including OSINT, ASINT, and SIGINT professionals; military cyber intelligence analysts with private sector experience; former federal crime analysts; government agency intelligence analysts; and contractor intelligence analysts. Should have prior experience as an open source intelligence analyst in a federal capacity


This is a remote position. Prefer candidates be within commuting distance to District Of Columbia Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the company with formulating winning engagement strategies tailored to our clients’ mission and assist in presentations
  • Adapt to new research platforms and technologies for various OSINT and due diligence research projects and possess a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Write investigative reports tailored to clients’ specific needs and respond to information requests in a timely manner;
  • Present, demonstrate and train prospective and current clients on Cobwebs Technologies offerings
  • Work closely with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements, and advise it to our sales and product teams
  • Assist with on-boarding customers by proactively providing support, guidance on best practices, and provide relative use cases
  • MUST be a US Citizen.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science or criminal Justice or a related field
  • Mandatory – Proven track record working as OSINT Analyst for 4 years in Federal Law enforcement, DoD or intelligence organizations
  • Results-driven, self-starter, outstanding interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and organized
  • Proven technology skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to travel about 20-30%

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience with data visualization products such as Analyst Notebook and other OSINT tools
  • Certificates : applicable Criminal or Intelligence Analyst certification
