Conference Registration will be limited to 1000.

  • IACA Members:  $575.00
  • Non-Members:  $675.00
  • Full-Time Students: $250 (proof of full-time status required).  To qualify for the student rate, the registrant must:
    • Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student OR enrolled in a crime and intelligence certification program, with an accredited higher education institution.
    • Not be employed full-time as a crime or intelligence analyst or similar role with either a criminal justice agency or private entity.
      • Full-time law enforcement employees (dispatcher, records specialist, etc.) who are certification students do qualify for the student rate
    • Not be an IACA exhibiting vendor.
    • Students must submit a copy of their current transcripts to the IACA Conference Registrar ([email protected]) and be approved, before registering, to receive the student rate.

Monday, September 8 to Friday, September 12, 2025. Sessions mostly occur 0800-1700 hours. Friday is a half-day.

Conference Events

Welcome Reception & Exhibitor Expo - Monday, Sept. 8

    • Attend the evening Welcome Reception and show us your best 90's gear as we take a trip back in time to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the IACA and the 30th Anniversary of the FCIAA. Vendors will be on site to showcase their products and answer your questions. The event will take place in Osceola Ballrooms D&E. RSVP with your registration to attend this event.

Game Night - Tuesday, Sept. 9

    • Join the IACA Conference Committee, the FCIAA and IACA Board members, and fellow attendees for a fun night of golf hitting bays at Eagles Edge at ChampionsGate between 5:30 and 8:00 pm. Eagles Edge features Toptracer technology on various games and virtual courses. 

      Golf isn’t your game? That’s ok, join us for board games, puzzles, patch/coin trading, RAC buttons, and good old-fashioned networking. Beverages will be available for purchase. RSVP with your registration to attend this event. 

Awards Ceremony & Luncheon - Wednesday, Sept. 10

    • Winners of the annual awards and the analytical product contest will be announced during the luncheon, hosted by ESRI. RSVP with your registration to attend this event.

Translation

The IACA will be using Wordly for translation in general sessions and a select number of individual presentations. 

Conference App

The Whova app with up to date schedules, course/speaker info, floor plans/maps, exhibitors and announcements will be available approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Registrants will receive an email with more information when the app is available for download. 

Crime Pattern Analysis Certification Courses

The Florida Crime & Intelligence Analyst Association (FCIAA) Certification Committee is offering the Crime Pattern Analysis - Fundamentalist (CPAF) and Specialist (CPAS) certification courses on Sunday, September 7. For more information, click here

Cancellation Policy

All conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the IACA Conference Registrar at [email protected] on or prior to Friday, August 1, 2025, for a full refund.

  • Registrants who cancel on or prior to Friday, August 1, 2025, will receive a full refund if the registrant completed the registration process and paid prior to Friday, August 1, 2025.
  • Registrants who pay registration fees and do not attend the conference and fail to notify the IACA Conference Registrar of their cancellation will NOT receive a refund.
  • Registrants who have registered and not paid prior to the conference will be responsible for a $250 food/administrative fee if cancellation is not received by Friday, August 1, 2025.
  • If your registration fee has been paid, but you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person in your organization. All transfers/substitutions must be coordinated with the IACA Conference Registrar at [email protected]. Please notify us as soon as you have determined that a substitution is required. 

Challenge Coin Contest

The Logistics Committee hosted a contest to design a challenge coin for this historic year!  Voting has closed and the winner will be revealed at the conference. Coins will be available for purchase there.

Future Conference

The 36th Annual Training Conference will be held August 24-28, 2026 at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.
